Refund policy

Our rings are handmade to order and most take 5 weeks, (2tone & Platinum are 6-7 weeks). USA ship times are 5-7 days; Intl 2-4 weeks. We cannot offer rushed production.

-Cancellations: accepted within 3 days of placing an order

-Exchanges: accepted up to 30 days after delivery

-Resizing: most rings cannot be resized because of the continuous knotwork; a brand new ring will need to be made at 35% cost to cover the labor required. Original ring must be returned.

-Refunds: we must be notified within 3 days of delivery if you have an issue. Full refund will depend on terms and conditions. Customer covers shipping costs to return.

-Non-refundable items: shipping upgrades and custom orders cannot be returned

We are not responsible for taxes, import fees or customs or return shipping.
