What Size Should I Order?

The best way to guarantee your ring will fit correctly, is to purchase OUR refundable physical ring sizer. See our article here for measuring tips.We use the standard US ring sizing chart; we offer quarter, half, and whole sizes 4-13. Because our rings have continuous knotwork they cannot be resized.Please don’t purchase a different ring sizer online as we cannot guarantee it is accurate. (They are often made very cheaply overseas and have no standard of quality) Another reliable option is to go to your local jeweler and get sized. This service is free. Make sure to use your normal ring size. We use a comfort fit; do not increase your size for wider bands.

Production & Ship Times

Please allow 5 weeks* for production and 3-7 days for USA transit. International ship times are 2-4 weeks.We are unable to offer rushed production or shipping upgrades. We will try our best for requests within 4-5 weeks but we cannot make any guarantees. If you need your ring by a SPECIFIC DATE, please add this in your order notes.*2tone & Platinum orders will take 6-7 weeks to craft.

What If I Ordered the Wrong Size?

For wedding bands with stones or continuous knotwork (80% of our designs), cutting the ring for re-sizing would ruin the pattern. We will need to make a brand new ring in the new size; there is a 35% fee of the original cost to cover the labor required to make a new ring.We suggest ordering our refundable ring sizer before placing an order.Creating a new ring takes our standard 4-6 weeks. We only offer this discounted remake service once; if you order the incorrect size again, you will have to purchase the ring at full value. We know this is frustrating but we are a small business.You must contact us within 3 days of receiving your ring to tell us if you need a resize. Original ring must be returned.

What is your return/exchange policy?

Our return policy allows for cancellations within 3 days, exchanges within 30 days, and refunds within 3 days of delivery. Resizing may incur a 35% cost. Non-refundable items include shipping upgrades and custom orders. Customer covers return shipping.

Metal Options

We only work with solid precious metals to craft our rings – no cheap, filled or plated material. We offer 10K, 14K, 18K Gold in Yellow, White, or Rose. We also offer 950 Platinum and 925 Sterling Silver. See our post to learn which metal will fit your needs best.We do not offer palladium, tungsten, titanium, steel, copper or black gold. Read why here.WHITE GOLD - gold is naturally yellow. White gold uses added alloys to give a white-ish appearance but it will still have a slightly yellow hue. We do not rhodium plate our rings unless specifically asked as this coating is temporary and will wear off over time.

As an online shop, we only offer gemstones that we can accurately represent in our images. We do not work with client stones. We apologize for any inconvenience.

Natural Vs Lab Gemstones

Our rings are made with lab-grown stones. These are REAL STONES (not fake cubic zirconia) and they are chemically identical to naturally occurring ones. They are flawless because of the lab-perfect conditions unlike earth-grown ones. See our post to learn more.We are unable to offer additional stones or natural gems. We apologize for any inconvenience.

Engraving

Only wedding bands that are solid along the inside can be engraved. Rings with gemstones, cut through designs, and engagement rings cannot be engraved because there is not enough surface area.We can fit 10-15 letters. This is a $35 fee. Please purchase "engraving" add on at check out and include your message in the notes.

Jewelry Care

Accepted Answer

It is industry standard to recommend that fine jewelry be removed before interacting with water, lotion, or other chemicals. This will allow the ring's finish and patina to last as long as possible. That said, our rings are made of precious metals and water will not affect the structural integrity of the ring.
